FLAT CAPPER NORTHERN BRIE
White mould-ripened cheese made with pasteurized Yorkshire cow’s milk. Exclusive to Cryer & Stott Cheesemongers.  Its flavour fills the mouth with intensity and luxurious creamy texture rounds off a sumptuous taste experience.

PEAKLAND BLUE
Lovingly handmade by Hartington Creamery.  The Creamery only uses local Derbyshire Dales milk to create this pale yellow in colour, mild and tasty blue cheese.  If you are looking for something blue, unique and a little different this is the one for you.

KIDDERTON ASH
An outstanding goat’s cheese with a delicate yet distinctive creamy flavour. Created by Katy Hollingshead at Raven’s Oak Dairy in Cheshire. The soft curds from the goat’s milk are ladled by hand into individual moulds and gently drained. Katy then dusts them with food ash and leaves them to slowly ripen, as a silky white mould coat blooms through the ash.
BRITANNIA CHEDDAR
A true British staple, created by Cryer & Stott Cheesemongers using the best Yorkshire cow’s milk. The cheese is matured for 16 months.  It has a smooth flavour that is powerful yet addictive!

DRUNKEN BURT
Produced by Claire Burt on her farm in Knutsford Cheshire.  A cows milk cheese with a difference, it is washed by hand in cider! The paste of the cheese takes on some of the flavour characteristics, sometimes you almost pick up a smokey note from the oak barrels. Pasteurized and suitable for vegetarians.
